returns & refunds

5-day return window
we accept return requests raised within 5 days of delivery. to be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.

here's how it works:

1. initiate your return within 3 days of delivery by logging in on our website.
2. once your request is submitted, our shipping partner will automatically schedule a pickup from your address.
3. a return handling fee of rs. 100 per order will be deducted from your refund at the time of processing.
4. once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

please note: refunds are only processed after the returned product has been received and approved by our team.

damaged or incorrect orders
if you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs. we will prioritise these and make it right for you. no return fee applies in such cases.

what we cannot accept returns on
— items that have been worn, washed, or altered
— items returned after 3 days of delivery
— jewellery items (non-returnable for hygiene reasons)
— items purchased during a final sale
