shipping
- all house of chi pieces are made to order
- please allow 7–10 business days for your order to be crafted and dispatched
- delivery takes an additional 3–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location
- we currently ship within india only

payment
- we accept upi, debit/credit cards, net banking, and cash on delivery
- all prices are inclusive of gst

returns
- we accept return requests raised within 5 days of delivery
- item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact
- initiate your return by logging in on our website - our shipping partner will automatically schedule a pickup from your address
- a return handling fee of ₹100 per order will be deducted from your refund
- refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and approve the returned item
- jewellery is non-returnable for hygiene reasons
- items purchased during a final sale are not eligible for return
